Though born "Little Bear of the Honor Clan" his niece "Honor Firesong" lisped his name as "LittleBar" and it stuck.
Uncle LIttlebar's service record for the Caldari State: Qualified for Special Forces, served 3 tours of duty as liason officer with CONCORD, decorated for meritorious conduct 7 times, transfered back to Federal service to join ACCOUNTING. Here he rose to the rank of Flag Captain. In ACCOUNTING he was awarded the Federation Order of Merit 32 times the Grankite Order of Tactics 4 times, including a special citation for his part in the "CENSORED" operation.
Told he was being promoted to Commador he chose honorable retirement over a permanent desk job. Now he practices the joys of being a Freighter Captain and tries hard not to remember his dreams. If you see ICTS Honor's Metal fly by and he doesn't answer, he's probably down in engineering playing cards. Don't worry, he'll be back in time to dock. :)
