Early in his life, Kel was forcefully seperated from his family by wealthy Amarrian zealots. Unbeknownst to the slavers, the brutal nature of these transactions would play an inspirational role in the Minmitar uprising some 250 years later.
Slipping through the fingers of his new owners, Kel managed to find solace in a hidden sector of Galentean space. There, he was welcomed by the do-gooders and was offered an informal education in the Fleet Academy. Black Ops, as it was called at the time, was a perfect fit for Kel. The training provided him with the skill to see without being seen—a career in clandestine operations.
One thing is certain however, no Sebiestor would ever adhere to the left-wing ideology of his adopted government. Kel has an agenda, and it doesn't involve the Galentee.
