6. Eve is about Risk Vs. Reward. Think about that with every action. (See Rule3)
7. Avoid Lowsec Space (0.1-0.4). Stay in 0.5-1.0 or move to 0.0 (See Rule6)
8. Being in Empire Space (0.5-1.0) does not mean you are safe.
9. If you lose stuff, it's ALMOST ALWAYS YOUR FAULT
A bullet may have someone's name on it, but 10 pounds of C4 is more ,"To whom it may concern"
