Young DrPhil is a prototype android, created through a joint effort by Duvolle Labs and CreoDron. He is a learning AI and in a way could be looked at as a sentient being.
The original "DrPhil" series was scratched due to the droid being far to annoying and due to the fact that it would not stop stating the obvious. Owners of the original series of "DrPhil" droids were known to be driven insane by the annoying droid, and a several law suites developed from the suicides of many of the owners.
This particular series of droid is not seen to be a failure, like the original series, however this series seems to be obsessed with others feelings and wanting to get involved where he has no business being involved and seems to do more harm than good. Like the original series, this one continues to state the obvious.
