Morgan Shepard is a descendant of Alan Shepard, the first American to orbit the Earth. A great feat at the time, though such travels have now become mundane.

His less distant lineage is a bit more modest, his father being a miner and his mother a teacher at a federation grammar school.

Though he spent his twenties following in his father's footsteps, the well rounded education provided by his mother, urged him to branch out.

"Greatness is in your blood, if only you would seek to embrace it." His mother told him before passing.

Ever since he has been journeying, hopeing to discover that greatness and fullfill the words of his mother and perhaps those of destiny.
