Baltec is a person who brought his Megathron to every single fleet he flew in, no matter what the doctrine called for. After years of being the odd man out (foregoing SRP?) the new CFC doctrine has been named in his honor.
Instead of flying in one of the two mega fleets for the battle, Baltec flew his mega in the Loki fleet.
