During his time in the Royak Amarr institute, Vacen was singled out for his abilities in his leadership skills. Granted the teachers from thr Royal Amarr Instutute acknowledge Vacen skills giving him confidence to one day create a Corperation. Blessed by his talents and confidence in his skills, Vacen on day plans to create his own Corperation.
